These four cottages, grouped around the old farm courtyard, are in a quiet setting on the edge of Chichester Harbour, within an area of outstanding natural beauty.The Sussex Downs provide a lovely backdrop.

Visitors have access to our private water frontage, 700 metres from the cottages. Canoes and sailing dinghies can be launched at all states of the tide. The views up to the old fishing port of Bosham, or down towards the harbour entrance and the Isle of Wight are spectacular. Artists love to come here to paint. For walkers and birdwatchers there are footpaths extending around the harbour.
