After 6 seasons our club manager has decided to move on for the 2012 season.

We are looking for a new manager- someone who has had good experience in running schools in the UK or abroad .

We offer windsurf -surf -kitesurf-sup tuition hire and windsurf and kitesurf membership all at West Wittering beach.

You will be involved in running the staff- lessons -club management as well as motivating the team. Driving new business into the school as well as being the friendly face on the beach to clients at the club and school. We also are looking to develop winter teaching projects for 2012 season.

Your package will be a salary plus monthly bonus scheme -the job starts March 1st 2012 until Oct 31 2012.(renewable for 2013 for the right applicant)

Kitesurf Instructor 2012

We are looking for a Kitesurf instructor for the 2012 season starting 1st April to teach all levels of Kitesurfing and Powerkite lessons.

We have a a superb south coast venue which has flat water lagoons and waves at mid and high tide .

- All our equipment is 2012 brand new. You will be working with 2 other full time kite instructors.

We have jet ski rescue and instructors are linked with waterproof UHF radios.

The ideal candidate would:

Need a BKSA qualification, have a real passion for kitesurfing, have other watersports experience in surfing and/or SUP. We run our Kiteschool on the beach at West Wittering which is BKSA kite school.

Windsurf Instructors 2012

We are looking for an experienced RYA Instructor who has preferably done seasons abroad any surfing, SUP and kitesurf experience would be helpful has a real passion for watersports and wants to be involved in running our windsurfing club and tuition centre at West Wittering. You will need to have good people skills and enjoy working with customers of all ages.
