Chris Rainbow - Beach Manager
"Rainbow" needs no introduction to those who have visited the club in the past few years. He is now in his fourth season as the Beach Manager, he is probably the most approachable guy you will ever meet.
Born in Scotland and raised windsurfing in freezing loch waters, he finds the South Coast rather balmy and can quite regularly be seen wearing far too little for the weather!
He has spent a lot of time working overseas in Antigua and the Med. He also has spent a fair bit of time in Brandon Bay, Ireland working on his wavesailing and surfing.
He's a seniour insturctor, advanced windsurfing instructor and has more watersports qualifications than can fit in here! He knows West Wittering and its tides like the back of his hand and will always help you with sail or kite size advice.
On his days off, you will see him out riding his RRD Twinser 74 when the waves are up. He's a "trench" regular too and when conditions are good, you will see him spinning around spocks and 360s.
If you to book any tuition or just want some advice, why not call him on 01243 513 077 or email him. |
