 Kids Courses
Rippers windsurfing inspired by T15.
We teach kids from 5 upwards to windsurf with specialist boards, small fins and tiny rigs. We teach in our safe tidal lagoon with a technique we have developed for junior windsurfers. Safety is crucial, we ask all parents to stay on site for the duration of the course. As children become more confident we will teach them advanced skills right the way up to fully planing and advanced technique.
We have developed a new method of teaching children which we call "Point and Shoot." This method gets kids windsurfing quickly without the delays of regular lessons. The emphasis is on FUN, SAFETY and SUCCESS.
We try not to mix children and adults unless they are parents or friends. Family lessons can also be planned.

Rippers
3 Day Rippers Course - 3 days / 15 hrs £175
An action-packed course for children aged 5-12. We now have
many years experience running our massively successful
children’s courses in which the children’s safety and specific
requirements are paramount. The teaching area we use is the
shallow, waist-deep lagoon protected from the open sea by sand
bars at low tide. The course focuses on windsurfing but also may
include power kiting, surfing, paddlesurfing and kayaking according to
weather to teach wind and wave awareness.
The kit
To make life easy we teach children on wide style windsurf
boards with miniature kids’ rigs suitable for children age 5+.
We also provide full blindstitched 3mm junior wetsuits and buoyancy aids for
safety and comfort.

Summer holidays are boring? Leave the computer games at
home and get down to the beach for some real action!

or want to polish your skills from last summer? Saturday morning
multisport sessions will get you back into the water.

Advanced Ripper Course - 3 days / 15 hrs £175
So you think you know it all? Can you pull off a triple gecko flaka
mc twist? We thought not! There’s always something new to
learn and we can get you to the next level. With expert tuition
this course will cover gybing, tacking, harness, footstraps and
planing past your dad!

Birthday Parties - 2hrs £15 per person (minimum 10 kids)
For all the above courses, you will need to bring:
swimming gear, food & drink, warm clothing.
