POLICY STATEMENT

At 2XS we strive to give you the customer the best possible service when purchasing goods – to make it a hassle-free and enjoyable experience when buying yourselves some goodies. When using our website to purchase items you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions which are set out below and we ask you to tick the box which is included on the transaction window to confirm that you have read our Terms and that you agree with them.

TUITION BOOKINGS COMPLETED ONLINE

Cancellation of a tuition booking must be received in writing 21 days prior to the course commencing, after which time clients will forefeit their course fee.  Course date changes must also be made 21 days in advance in writing – this will not incur any costs.

COVID-19 UPDATE
As of today, 16th March 2020 if you are experiencing flu like systems prior to your lesson and need to self isolate, please call/email us (01243 513077/tuition@2xs.co.uk) and we will be happy to rebook your lesson to a later date.  No refunds will be given.

2XS reserves the right to cancel course or change availability dates due to weather conditions, or any other technical issues.  In these instances, alternative dates will be offered or a refund.  We reserve the right to change lesson type from group to private if under 50% full and shorten the course accordingly.

Weather conditions we will contact you in case of adverse weather or inadequate conditions – once a lesson is booked presume it will go ahead unless we contact you.

There is a fee to park at West Wittering Estate which is not included in 2XS course fee.

MEDICAL DECLARATION/HEALTH & SAFETY

Any person having tuition must be medically fit to participate in their chosen water sport and be able to swim confidently.  If you have any medical condition or take a medication that affects the activity you must inform us and your instructor before starting any course.

Any child under 11 years must have a parent/guardian on site at all times.  For children over 11 yrs parents can leave the site whilst their child is under instruction but must leave a contact telephone number and collect as the lesson finishes.

Whilst on a 2Xs course it is vital that you observe the instructors safety guidance for your safety and the safety of others.

There is an element of risk with any water sport, and the instructor is there for your safety, so their instructions must be followed to avoid exposure to any unnecessary risks.  Please ensure you declare any medical issues/medication, you are aware that your fitness is suitable for the sport you wish to try, you are capable of swimming back to your gear and must not participate in any lesson under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard and Switch. When ordering the address given must be the same as the registered address to the credit card that you are using. We require a land telephone number (not a mobile) when placing an order so that we can contact you should we have a problem with your order. We carry out thorough security checks on all orders.
