TESTED : : 2018 Goya Thruster 86

Ian Whittaker has been putting this board through some testing in the Witterings and Gwithians Cornwall and has come to the conclusion this is the prefect wave board for the south coast. Ian has been using the New Ezzy Taka 4s and has previously had the Goya Quads from 2017 /16 season. He changed up to the Goya Thruster Prowave because he wanted more acceleration for onshore conditions, better onshore jumping, but still needed full power wave riding in the Bluff Cornwall and The Witterings when it kicks off.

Ian Said “the Goya Thruster 86 has more speed in the bottom turn for me and I get better projection of the lip. It feels faster but you need to use the sail more and drive of your front foot more thean the Goya Quad.`from a jumping point of view there is more pop better take off speed so every seems better in the air.”
