The 2XS Wave Classic presented by Windsurfer Magazine at West Wittering beach is back for 2026 – Oct 30/31/1st Nov or rollover date 13/14/15 November 2026.
The BWA Wave Pro/Am starboard tack event has been upgraded for 2026 to a 2 Star PWA/WWT point counting event.
Last year 2025 saw the successful launch of the 2XS Wave Classic, after a 15-year absence from the British Wave sailing Circuit. We had a great event with waves and wind for the contest. We are hoping the “Super El Nino” weather pattern will deliver us some strong storms this autumn. With over 80 competitors last year with a strong master’s fleet, pros, youths and women categories.

There will be socials each evening – with an 80’s themed party on the Saturday night – a vintage board display – West Wittering Estate will be offering free parking for pre-registered competitors.
