Freeride Friday is a 2XS Club Event we started a couple of seasons ago to get as many 2XS Club riders out on the water on a friday afternoon when the forecast is good followed by a trip to The Wittering Pub for a few beers and food.

September has been good to us – with windy forecasts and warm sea temps  (20 degrees) teamed up with classic West Wittering fun park small waves on the sandbars SW  28 knots what else do you need!

Good to see a load of windsurfers, a few kiters and Carl the winger enjoying the conditions.   Jamie B sailed down from his house; Max came down from East Wittering and Lucas joined us for the show.   Gary, Mark, Westy, the Hyphenator, Martin E, Martin B, Kev, Carl, Iain, Patrick, Rudolph, Dan, Meg, Simon, Daisy, Dave W, Paul, John, Charlie, Thea, James Neal, Jess, Rolf and Lee all hit the water – it shows what a cool sport where the youngest rider Max 19 and oldest rider John 76 are all enjoying the same bit of ocean.
